Our mission is to help clients through the exploration and mining process, from locating potential mineral deposits to licensing, exploration and production, government liaison, royalty payments, project management and land reclamation.

Our vision is to be a leading consultant and solutions provider in the Nigerian exploration and mining space, building on the regulatory and project experience we have developed since 2011.

Southbridge was incorporated as an engineering and construction company in 2011. In 2012 it began developing private residential and commercial projects, refurbishments and contract works.

New partners joined in 2014 and project development consultation became part of the offering. In 2016 the company led its first gold mining consultation for Aisas Mining Ltd in Kwara.

In 2019 the company recruited more geologists and engineers and deepened relationships with Cadastre offices and relevant authorities. By 2023 it held relationships with the royal families of Osun and Kwara States.
